Technical Consultant Support

The engineer will be directly responsible for design development testing maintenance and documentation of highquality software components.

We seek a skilled and experienced Technical Consultant(Support) to join our dynamic team.

Tasks

• Provide product requirements integration needs via proactive communication.
• Checking the customer status and assisting them when necessary
• Determining the needs of the customer
• Examination of problems on the customer side and analyzing the problems by contacting the customer
• Providing solutions by contacting the German office when necessary
• Making customer visits when necessary determining problems on the spot performing maintenance work and solving the issues at hand.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technologies statistic and mathematics or relevant fields
• Experience and knowledge of database technologies (SQL)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to act as a bridge between customers and developers according to customers needs
• Fluent in English German is a plus
• Knowledge of software development is a big plus.

Nice to have;

• Experience with DevOps (Kubernetes AWS)
• Backend development experience or knowhow.
• Android/iOS development experience or knowhow.
