Business Development Intern Japanese-speaking

Luna Socks ( in Japan) is a directtoconsumer ecommerce brand that sells personalized socks for pet lovers. We are looking for a dedicated intern to join our team and support our growth in the recently launched Japanese market. As a business development intern youll help us localize the brand by working with Japanese creators and adapting our marketing strategy to Japanese consumer behavior. This is a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in building a company from the ground up.

Tasks

• Enhance Localization: Optimize for Japanese customers ensuring cultural relevance and user experience.
• Assist in Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate on Google Meta and TikTok campaigns tailored to the Japanese market.
• Source and Close Influencer Deals: Partner with Japanese petfluencers and UGC creators to boost brand awareness.
• Organize Content Shootings: Coordinate photo and video shoots in Japan ensuring highquality content production.

Requirements

• Native Japanese Speaker Fluent in English: Deep cultural understanding and effective communication skills.
• Expertise in Japanese ECommerce: Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior.
• Educational Background: Studying or graduated in business marketing or related fields.
• Passion for ECommerce: Enthusiastic about digital marketing and proactive in learning.
