Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

• Draft review and negotiate lease contracts.
  
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Manage all stages of the contractual process from initial drafting to final execution.
  

Commercial Law:

• Handle legal matters related to commercial law.
  
• Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations of the company.
  

Guarantees and Bonds:

• Manage and advise on guarantee letters and bond documents.
  
• Ensure proper implementation of guarantee terms and joint responsibility in contracts.
  

Client and Supplier Relations:

• Maintain effective relationships with clients suppliers and other stakeholders.
  
• Resolve contractual disputes and provide legal advice in commercial negotiations.
  

Legal Compliance:

• Ensure the company complies with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
  
• Stay updated on legislative changes that may affect the company and its operations.
  

Process Improvement:

• Develop and continuously improve the companys legal processes and policies.
  
• Implement best practices for contract management and administration.
  

Legal Advice:

• Provide legal advice to the management team and other departments.
  
• Participate in strategic and operational decisionmaking within the company.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Law specializing in commercial law.
  
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in lease contract management and commercial law.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge in drafting and negotiating contracts guarantee letters bonds and joint responsibility.
  

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Professional demeanor and presence.
  

Languages:

• Fluent in English (essential) all contracts are in English.
  

Certifications:
