Our client is a leading European manufacturer specializing in the production of quick couplings for various industries. With a growing team of around 30 dedicated professionals in India and to further support the company s growth in India and employee engagement our client is looking to hire:


Senior HR Executive / HR Executive

(based in Peenya Bengaluru)


Organization: This is a newly created position in the organization to support its growth in India. This role is crucial in supporting our client s HR operations and administrative functions ensuring employee engagement the smooth operation of their office and contributing to the companys growth. You will act as a trusted advisor on HR matters to the management team handling performance issues disciplinary actions and fostering a positive work environment. The position will report to the Country Head in India and work closely with the Finance Sales and Operations teams.


Your Responsibilities:


HR Operations: Manage all HR functions including onboarding (IT support coordination for new employees taking care of laptops email phones etc.) performance management recruitment and compliance with employment laws. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.


Employee Relations: Handle employee relations and provide support to employees on various HRrelated topics. Address employee queries and resolve any issues that may arise. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.


Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance review systems. Support the creation of new initiatives and help roll out policies and procedures in India. Help organize training and development programs for employees.


Office Administration: Manage administrative functions such as facilities IT support coordination procurement vendor management and travel arrangements ensuring efficiency and quality service. Oversee office supplies coordinate maintenance activities and ensure a wellorganized and efficient office environment.


Event Coordination: Support and organize company industry and internal events meetings and teambuilding activities in India.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HR generalist and administrative roles with a proven track record of success in managing HR functions in an MNC environment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector handling HR operations for blue and whitecollar employees is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices regulations and labor laws in India.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
