Jobs Description:
Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables fruits frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.
Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.
Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
Coordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules

Jobs Requirement:
Diploma and above
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Possess basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
Willing and able to work for 6 working days per week
Willing and able to work on weekends/public holidays that include Lunar New Year
Positive Selfdriven meticulous and able to assess situations and respond appropriately
Able to inspire and encourage others
