Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fastgrowing consumer group This Company currently provides users with digital banking consumer credit digital investment and insurance brokerage services fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Risk Control:

  • Oversee automotive finance risk control particularly for motorcycle installment/loan products.
  • Design and implement strategies and processes for credit analysis.
  • Develop approval standards and collection strategies and monitor their execution.

• Survey and Monitoring:

  • Manage visit/survey activities and track the results.
  • Ensure effective antifraud measures and results.
  • Take responsibility for overall business risk control outcomes.

• Strategic Promotion:

  • Promote risk progress control from a business development perspective.
  • Continuously improve risk control measures to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in any field.

• Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in risk control credit strategies or collection with a focus on motorcycle installment business.
  • Preferably at a Senior Manager Head level or equivalent from a wellknown multifinance company specializing in motorcycle loans.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience leading a risk management team or department.
  • Ability to build a risk team from the ground up.
  • Strong skills in data analysis communication logical thinking and problemsolving.
  • Knowledge of financial fraud detection methods specific to the Indonesian motorcycle market.
