Senior Zoho Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Zoho Applications: Design develop and implement various Zoho applications including but not limited to Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books and other Zoho apps.

2. Customization: Customize Zoho applications to align with business processes and improve operational efficiency. This could involve scripting custom fields and layout changes.

3. Data Migration: Manage data migration tasks ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition from legacy systems to Zoho applications.

4. Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other thirdparty applications and APIs.

5. User Training and Support: Provide training sessions to endusers and offer ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges.

6. Workflow Automation: Develop and automate workflows and business processes within Zoho applications for optimized operations.

7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developments customizations and integrations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of handson experience in implementing and customizing Zoho applications.

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Zoho CRM Zoho Creator and other Zoho apps.
  
• Familiarity with Deluge scripting.
  
• Knowledge of REST APIs and experience with system integrations.
  

3. ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to provide innovative and efficient solutions.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.

5. Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Zoho certifications will be considered a significant plus.

2. Advanced Customization: Proficiency in custom module development and complex workflow automations.
