Company Overview: Join the fastestgrowing Foreign Exchange company based in Canary Wharf at the forefront of innovation and service excellence. Our client has been looking to revolutionise international payments and are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead a Corporate Sales desk.

Role Overview: As the Corporate Sales Head of Desk you will lead a team of 5 in generating leads closing deals and providing bespoke solutions to our corporate clients. This role requires a handson approach where youll roll up your sleeves and actively engage with key decisionmakers in the FX realm. Managing the sales teams performance setting targets and fostering a culture of excellence will be central to your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements.
  • Provide tailored solutions and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales team ensuring CRM management call scheduling and target achievement.
  • Drive overall sales team performance and meet set targets.


Requirements

  • Proven track record in FX Corporate Sales with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
  • Targetdriven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.
  • Ability to deliver toptier customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance and development.
  • Integrity compliance and a positive attitude towards company values.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to business growth.

Requirements Competencies: A collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment. Demonstrates curiosity. Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness. Skills and Experience: Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales. Strong pricing and structuring capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes. Good knowledge of FX derivatives. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
