Warranty Claims Processing:
- Receive and review warranty claims submitted by workshop technicians and service advisors.
- Verify claim eligibility accuracy of documentation and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain comprehensive records of warranty claims approvals rejections and resolutions.
- Ensure all documentation is complete accurate and filed according to company and regulatory standards.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with workshop staff service advisors and parts department to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
- Communicate with manufacturers or suppliers regarding claim status approvals and disputes as necessary.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Conduct audits or inspections to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Monitor trends in warranty claims to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
Customer Service Support:
- Assist service advisors in explaining warranty coverage and claim procedures to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to warranty issues with professionalism and empathy.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on warranty claim trends approval rates and turnaround times.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Automotive Technology or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warranty administration or automotive service operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures in the automotive industry particularly within Chinese brands.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and warranty management software.
