Open Position: Procurement Manager (Leading Manufacturing Company)

A leading manufacturing company is looking for Procurement Manager to be based in Selangor office.

Key requirements include:

Oversee company s supply chain management procurement operations and cost saving exercises across the plants.

Take up the whole process of procurement and supply chain activities inventory logistics including shipping and distribution.

Work with internal stakeholders to understand the dynamics of production requirement in terms of supply and prices.

Monitor and forecast prices of core raw materials and manage contracts including negotiation and suppliers performance evaluation.

Maintain relationships with key suppliers.

Deliver cost savings strategies.

Lead implementation of ERP.

More than 5 years of working experience as Manager in a sizable manufacturing company.

Bachelor s Degree.

Good written and verbal communication in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Well versed with custom procedures and shipment process.

Always aware of world oil prices and forex trends.

Good experience in ERP system.

Experienced in procuring commodity products.
