Open Position: Admin Operations (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is currently hiring Admin Operations to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 2 years working experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist
- Managing HR activities such as employees relations industrial relation compensation & benefits with experience in monthly statutory payment submission (EPF Socso EIS LHDN HRDF and etc)
- Handling the full spectrum of manpower planning including recruiting and staffing activities for permanent and parttime employees
- Take initiative to lead recruitment drive activities including career fair and establish partnerships with Colleges and Universities
- Knowledge in Malaysian Labour Laws and Employment Acts with experience in managing Foreign Worker recruitment process (hiring visa processing and etc)
- Implement HR policies and maintain employee records covering employee attendance and leave records
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
