They are seeking a skilled General Operative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing electrical mechanical or carpentry. This role requires strong communication skills along with a full driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of services in the most efficient and effective manner possible
- Providing job excellence and customer support
- Management of tasks and sites with an awareness of customer requirements
- Promote strong partnerships with new and existing clients in line with company brand values
- Promote safe working practices and compliance with safety standards within your team and ensure the health safety and welfare of colleagues customers contractors and visitors associated with your teams’ activities
- Maintain effective communication within teams and with customers
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports administration and paperwork
Requirements:
- Full driving license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT proficiency including familiarity with maintenance software
- Previous experience in plumbing electrical mechanical or carpentry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing job demands and schedules
