In this role you will collaborate closely with the team leveraging your creative prowess to craft engaging graphic designs that contribute to effective visual storytelling.

About the Role:

The Lead Generation Assistant will focus on generating leads coordinating the sales teams activities ensuring sales targets are met and supporting sales management. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional sales leadership skills a strong commitment to customer service and a deep understanding of our clients products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train new sales staff assign tasks and monitor the teams sales performance to ensure quotas are met.
  • Address customer complaints and queries promptly ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
  • Support the sales process by actively selling our clients products and services aiming to maximize sales.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked displays are appealing merchandise sales are processed efficiently and maintain the stores cleanliness.
  • Offer constructive feedback to the sales team aiding in resolving customer problems.
  • Manage inventory levels complete necessary paperwork and oversee the procurement of additional supplies as needed.
  • Foster positive customer relationships and ensure a delightful customer experience.
  • Motivate the sales team fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing Sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales skills business acumen and awareness of market trends.
