Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Engage with our players through our games and social media accounts
• Familiar with the Discord and Reddit community
• Assist in planning and executing engagement events for the community
• Assist in creating and sending community reports
• Has knowledge in hosting Twitch livestreams
• Following up and replying to players through store reviews

Qualifications:

• Have passion for games
• Keen interest in industry and current market trends
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Outgoing and not camera shy
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
