Position Junior Architect

Expereince 4 Years

Coordination with the Principal Architect and other consultants
right from Conceptual layout up to Final Layout as per DCPR.
Experience in Aluform shuttering is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of architectural experience or similar in
redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
Preparing working drawings site layout plans elevations sections
and details.
Knowledge of planning regulations of DCPR 2034
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop and REVIT
Able to understand & consolidate architectural structural MEP
landscape drawings project specifications etc. to work with
assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing
delivery at site on time.
Liaison with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of
the project essentials whenever necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
