It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by thirdparty sellers.

Job Description:
- The Client Homepage team is looking for a Software Development Engineer to remediate accessibility compliance issues.
- Your solutions will affect our customers directly!

- Shopping org focusing on shopping experiences mainly on the homepage.
- Support accessibility requirements on page
Typical Day in the Role
- Primary responsibilities include analysis of existing accessibility tickets identify solutions which will apply to the future versions of Homepage identify a gap in mechanisms for web accessibility compliance and identify solutions/mechanisms to enforce compliance.
- Responsibility also includes creating a remediation plan to resolve accessibility tickets and providing a status report at a fixed cadence on the progress of the plan to the leadership.
- The ideal candidate is someone who wants to pursue a career in software development eager to enhance their coding skills and gain experience with diverse software applications.

Candidate Requirements
- The qualifications for this role involve attention to detail strong communication skills organizational abilities independent work capabilities and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Preferred coding skills: Java typescript html .css JavaScript and W3C accessibility compliance experience.
- A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 25 years of relevant experience is required.
- Hands on experience with automation testing.
