Job Title: IT Technical Support.
Scope:The IT Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance andsupport related to computer systems hardware and software. Responds to queries runsdiagnostic programs isolates problems and determines and implements solutions. The roleincludes resolving network issues configuring operating systems and using remote desktopconnections to provide immediate support. This position also involves troubleshooting basichardware and software problems setting up new systems and ensuring that all ITrelatedissues are promptly addressed and resolved to maintain efficient and effective operations.
- Responsibilities:
Provide firstlevel contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Track route and redirect problems to correct resources.
Update data and produce activity reports.
Follow up with different departments provide feedback and see problems through to
resolution.
Ensure proper recording documentation and closure of all issues.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Qualifications:
- 1 3 years relevant work experience as IT Technical Support.
- Bachelors degree in Computer science Computer Engineering Information technology orany discipline.
- CCNA MCSE certifications are highly preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and concepts.
- Good Experience with Microsoft operating systems Active Directory Group Policy DNS OSsecurity and systems patching.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems software and mail issues.
