API Support Engineer

Micro Talent we are a subsidiary company of an American business group called Arroyo Consulting and we are currently in the process of recruiting for our team specifically for the position of API Support Engineer.

Tasks

• Triage External API Defects and perform analysis as per established process to determine defect ownership and assign to the respective owning team.
• Validate other domain Defects as requested in various environments.
• Troubleshoot External API Defects and identify root cause and resolution to support Engineering teams for faster resolutions.
• Implement and maintain software tools to assist in External API client support activities like MasterMind Data migrations through External APIs to support Client Go Lives publishing egress users data to event hub topics in clients environment as per request.
• Strong understanding of MasterMind APIs.
• Provide support to Product and Client Solutions teams to analyze and validate External APIs end to end specific to the unique technical requirements of each client.
• Understand and become the subject matter expert on External API support activities.
• Debug API functionality to analyze issues for faster resolutions.

Requirements

• English level B2
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer.
• Proficiency in RESTful API Testing and development experience using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with programming languages like Node.js Typescript preferred to create and maintain API Support tools.
