Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled qualified Chartered Accountants with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Statutory Audit for Level 2 Support of technical queries on the software as well as help the content team in relevant professional content curation in the application.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to users addressing queries related to the software.
* Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
* Review and update financial and auditing content to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
* Stay updated on industry trends accounting standards and software updates.
* Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
* 1 to 2 years of experience in Statutory Audit is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
* Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
