Salesforce Certified Architect

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Oversee the migration of data to Salesforce CRM ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Develop custom workflows and processes using Salesforce Flow Process Builder and Apex.
• Build and deploy custom applications using Lightning App Builder Visualforce and Salesforce DX.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce Connect and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Design and implement robust analytics and reporting solutions using Einstein Analytics and Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
• Manage project timelines deliverables and resources utilizing Salesforce project management tools and Quip for collaboration.
• Ensure security and compliance with Salesforce Shield and other relevant tools.

• Salesforce Certified Architect (Application Architect System Architect or Technical Architect preferred).
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud Service Cloud).
• Proficient in Salesforce Platform technologies (Lightning Experience Lightning App Builder Apex Visualforce Salesforce DX).
• Strong knowledge of integration and data management tools (Salesforce Connect Data Loader MuleSoft Anypoint Platform).
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Einstein Analytics Reports and Dashboards).
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (TaskRay Quip).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with Salesforce Communities.
• Knowledge of AppExchange applications.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements (Salesforce Shield).
