Job Description: Tata Digital (Slab 2 Qmin)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about Tata Digital products/services
- Assist customers in resolving their issues and escalating complex cases to higher levels if necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Experience working in a call center or similar customer support environment is a plus
- Fresher or experience can join
