Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email phone and chat.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide product information and assist customers with order placement.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including shipping warehousing and delivery.

Work closely with shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Track shipments and provide customers with realtime updates on their orders.

Handle documentation related to logistics operations including invoices packing lists and shipping labels.

Order Management:

Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure all orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and company standards.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.

Identify and address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in customer service logistics coordination or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
