SUMMARY

As an ERP Manager you will lead our ERP systems implementation and ongoing support integrating CRM supply chain management and Power BI tools. This role is pivotal in transforming our IT landscape improving communication and ensuring system adaptability for future needs. You will work closely with an external consultant during the implementation phase and independently manage the system postimplementation.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in ERP implementation and project management within multinational or FMCG trading companies

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to streamline financial processes
• Oversee the integration of CRM supply chain management tools and Power BI
• Configure and adapt the ERP system based on evolving business needs
• Provide training and support to endusers for newly implemented systems
• Address and resolve issues during implementation and subsequent operations
• Plan for future regional deployment in Cambodia Myanmar and Laos

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

• Strong handson experience with ERP systems particularly Microsoft Dynamics
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate change management and user training
• Adaptability to manage and overcome challenges in diverse regional contexts

REQUIREMENTS

Open to: Vietnamese only

Language Requirement: Vietnamese English

Academic Requirement: Bachelors degree in IT Finance Engineering or a related field

Certifications: Relevant ERP certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
