• Responsible for planning and directing. and controlling the Finance & Accounting activities of the Company (all business locations).
• Responsible for the development implementation and periodic review of financial policies and procedures for the Company.
• Manage the Finance Department by planning organizing directing and evaluating the operations of the function.
• Ensure development and continual review of Finance Department strategies policies and operating procedures to ensure proper alignment with the organizations rules and regulations.
• Ensure maker checker principle segregations of duties and internal controls are established and monitored for the finance activities at all the business locations.
• Responsible for developing financial strategies by forecasting capital identifying monetary resources and developing action plans.
• Summarize financial transactions to prepare reliable and accurate monthly and annual financial statements which reflect the Companys financial position and performance during the period.
• Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow projections after discussion with all the departments review of actual vs. budgeted reports and provide recommendations for expenditure control in case of significant variances.
• Review the budget and discuss it with the concerned stakeholders and makes necessary changes before forwarding the same to Owner / Directors for review and approval.
  

Qualification:

• The person should have ACCA OR CA qualification.
• Work experience as Finance Manager or heading the finance department must be for at least 7years.
• Must have Real estate or construction Industry background.
