- Experience in Contact Centre Technologies specific to the Cisco UCCE 11.X/12.X product suite.
- Ability to develop and modify IVR applications using CVP Call Studio v8.5/9.0 and VXML.
- Knowledge of Cisco CVP Architecture Call Server Voice Gateways and Voice Browser Solution Designing.
- Should possess good knowledge in ICM Routing and Admin scripting.
- Good knowledge in CISCO UCCE Dialer (Outbound) IVR application & Import rule configuration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IVR application logs (Activity & Error).
- Experience in integrating CVP application with Nuance speech server and grammar file creation.
- Development of CVP Call Studio Java custom elements using the Ciscoprovided CVP 9.0(1) java API.
- ECE (Email & Chat) reporting customization & Queue Configuration.
- CTI Integration and Custom Finesse Gadget Implementation.
- Wellversed with the integration of CVP Call Studio applications to remotely hosted web services (SOAP & REST) IVR.
- Should have good knowledge in building complex SQL queries MS SQL Server & Informix database.
- CVP Reporting: Development of reports using the CUIC reporting tool for both ICM DB and CVPDB.
