We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our machining plant and drive excellence in production quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams improving efficiency and delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the plant operations team to achieve production targets quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and customer requirements
- Foster strong relationships with OEM customers (e.g. Maruti Suzuki Honda Mahindra Hyundai) and ensure timely delivery of highquality products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives implementing lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage and develop a team of engineers supervisors and operators to achieve business objectives
- Ensure safety quality and environmental standards are met and compliance is maintained
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 1520 years of experience in the machining industry with at least 57 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in managing large teams and improving efficiency
- Strong understanding of machining processes quality management systems and industry standards
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
- Experience MUST Automobile Machining processes owner & having good knowledge
- Dealt with OEM Automobile Customers
