Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Jordan Data Systems (JDS) located in Amman. The Account Manager will be responsible for approaching new customers and managing the relationships with a portfolio of existing ones. He/She will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering customized solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, as well as building long-term partnerships with clients.

• Proven experience in account management or sales
• Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer science or related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic
