Work Location Type: In person at our corporate office is in Rexburg Idaho.

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00am 3:00pm

The Experience We Seek

What is Required

  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Type minimum of 50 wpm
  • Familiar with Microsoft word
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Good emailing skills
  • Familiar with Gmail
  • Friendly
  • Professional
  • Willing to help in any way possible
  • Able to maintain calm and have thick skin when dealing with upset clients
  • Able to send/receive faxes scan documents and send emails.
  • Keeping the reception area clean and in good working order
  • Maintaining up to date client information in the CRM and digitally file documents.
  • Able to follow office procedure and make certain each client's insurance is finished
  • Able to prioritize
  • Filling out forms correctly
  • Scrubbing applications
  • Transferring information from one form to another
  • Interested in helping a new business grow and succeed
  • Able to research how to accomplish tasks

  • $13 16.50/hour based on experience.
