Assignment Start Date: 7/30/2024

13 weeks Days 12hour shift 36 hours per week guaranteed

The House Supervisor serves as the onsite administrative representative for clinical and managerial functions during offshifts weekends and holidays. In collaboration with Department Heads s/he provides leadership consultation and collaboration in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment and is the primary backup for front managers in their absence. The House Supervisor plans for leads coordinates and facilitates the provision of quality care and service from a hospitalwide shiftspecific perspective in a manner that fosters the accomplishment of the specific Departments goals and objectives. The House Supervisor is responsible for issues related to staffing patient/family relations risk management clinical coordination patient placement public affairs and communications evaluation and mentoring. Ensures appropriate distribution and allocation of supplies/equipment and provides for adequate numbers and mix of staff to deliver appropriate clinical services to the patients served.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Previous Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have a current Vermont RN or multistate licensure
• BCLS and ACLS are required.
• PALS is required
• TNCC NRP ENPC and STABLE are preferred

EMR System: CPSI/Evident knowledge/experience preferred
