Location : 100% Remote (Anywhere from US)

Job Description :

Bachelors degree in information systems Business or related field.

ITSM Knowledge: A deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL COBIT etc.

GRC Expertise:

Knowledge and experience in Governance Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) is essential. This includes understanding of risk management processes compliance requirements and governance strategies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ITSM and GRC tools such as ServiceNow RSA Archer etc. Project Management: Ability to manage projects coordinate with different teams and ensure the successful implementation of ITSM and GRC strategies. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data identify patterns and make informed decisions. ServiceNow reporting and Tableau expertise is required. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels both in technical and nontechnical terms. ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and create strategic outcomes to enhance current GRC platform. Certifications: ITSM and GRC related certifications such Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) ITIL certifications etc. Audit and Compliance: Understanding of audit procedures and compliance regulations related to IT. Business Acumen: Understanding of how ITSM and GRC strategies align with and support business objectives
