Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design for manufacture and assembly with a focus on quality assurance.
• Support new product development ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Develop scalable processes and robust inspection strategies.
• Manage risk using PFMEA and comply with ISO14971.
• Provide quality engineering support during design transfer phases.
• Implement and approve MSA strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement of inspection methods and validation strategies.
• Apply statistical techniques for predictive quality systems.
• Support DFMA through advanced technologies and tooling development.
• Lead supplier qualification and approve PPAP.

Required Skills:

• Technical leadership in quality assurance and control.
• Expertise in PFMEA and risk management.
• Knowledge of ISO14971 and design control regulations.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques.
