About the Role: Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and lead our Product Industrialization (PI) engineering team to establish manufacturing lines and release products that meet our business objectives. You will represent PI on crossfunctional Core Teams manage project scopes costs schedules and risks and ensure successful implementation of new products or changes to existing products into global production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PI engineering team in establishing manufacturing lines and releasing products.
• Represent PI on crossfunctional Core Teams for PDLM Lifecycle or Advanced Development Processes.
• Manage projects: scope cost schedule risk plans and associated process documentation.
• Ensure successful implementation of new or modified products into global production operations.
• Understand NPI Lifecycle PDLM and Solutions processes.
• Apply knowledge of R&D development and global Supply Chain operations processes.
• Understand manufacturing production processes and their impact on cost performance quality and throughput.
• Demonstrate leadership in coaching communication facilitation and team leadership.
• Resolve complex issues with crossfunctional teams effectively.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of NPI Lifecycle PDLM and Solutions processes.
• Strong understanding of R&D development and global Supply Chain operations processes.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing production processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching communication facilitation team leadership and business management.
• Proven success in resolving complex issues with crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project PDM SAP PowerPoint Visio Word and Excel.
• Strong communication (verbal/written) interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
