1013 years in Presales in any one of the following areas: Data Warehouse/BI Big Data and Analytics (Data Science).
Lead mentor and manage the presales analytics team to ensure high performance and achievement of business objectives.
Develop and implement strategic presales initiatives and best practices to improve efficiency within the analytics division.
Act as the first line of support for presales requirements including handling enquiries Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFPs).
Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop solutions create pitch decks and conduct market research to determine competitive positioning.
Effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical/business stakeholders during the RFP/RFI processes.
Manage the endtoend response process for RFPs ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Standardize bid and opportunity processes and content ensuring adherence throughout all presales stages.
Work towards continuous process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
