Qualifications:
A master s degree in human resources or a related field and 23 years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements.

Manage the entire onboarding process for new employees ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Ensure adherence to all HR compliance regulations and company policies.
Frontface statutory and regulatory audits and ensure maintenance of necessary documentation and reports.
Assist HR Business Partners in the execution of various HR programs and initiatives.
Address and resolve employee queries and provide ongoing support to employees.
Manage employee documentation and records.
Independently manage the implementation of HR tools and systems ensuring effective
utilization.
Manage HR platforms renewals contracts invoices and payments.
