**Position:** Sales Coordinator

**Purpose of the Job:**
Improve customer satisfaction and achieve company goals through diligence integrity and dynamic marketing strategies. Support the sales team to optimize efficiency and focus on creating and increasing business. Handle domestic order processing and dispatch smoothly.
**Key Tasks:**
Coordinate with customers marketing team and other departments.
Manage domestic sales orders and dispatch.
Handle backend operations and customer complaints.
Record customer interactions and transactions.
Provide solutions to sales team queries.
Data management and reporting.
Use SAP CRM and comply with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
Special assignments from the Customer Service Manager.
**Qualifications:**
Graduate in any discipline.
23 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
CRM experience.
**Languages:**
Proficient in English Hindi and Gujarati.
