25 years of experience in similar area preferably with expertise in design and delivery of HR solutions
Master s degree in HR or related field
Key responsibilities
Manage HR Consulting
- Analyse and comprehend client objectives and requirements to develop an understanding of their HR needs
- Drive all ongoing consulting projects efficiently and effectively
- Design and implement strategies/processes/projects to help organisations streamline their HR operations and processes
- Curate solutions that align with client needs and deliver impactful results
- Develop and coordinate implementation of solutions
- Oversee client coordination and ensure a great client experience on every project
Guide team
- Groom and mentor inhouse team
- Provide support and mentorship to drive high performance and collaboration
- Constantly thrive to improve growth and productivity of the team
Drive Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with clients to drive business growth
- Create wellstructured persuasive proposals showcasing our expertise and solutions
- Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and energy HR practices to stay relevant
Expand HR Portfolio
- Create and design innovative HR products and service lines that align with market demands and client needs
- Conceptualise and develop solutions and methodologies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery keeping in mind scalability and client needs
