General Job Description: The Senior Account Executive is crucial in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include building strong partnerships with key accounts delivering exceptional service and maintaining a balance between customer orientation and a resultsdriven approach. The role involves identifying opportunities with prospects and new clients and developing these into longterm profitable relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients.
- Develop strategies for account retention and expansion.
- Align services/products with client goals for success.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed targets and expand client base.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Report on sales performance and market insights.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Industry Knowledge and Strategy:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Leadership and Mentorship:
- Support and guide junior team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong work ethics.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Handle contract negotiations and maintain documentation.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Education & Training:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in Sales preferably in SaaS or B2B ecommerce.
- Experience in startup or ecommerce solutions companies is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of the B2B ecommerce industry in Brazil.

Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work environment (remote and inoffice in So Paulo).

Hours/Shifts:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1hour break.
