Our client a leading insurance company is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join their team and help shape the future of life insurance.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the enterprise architecture: You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining the enterprise architecture within the Life division ensuring alignment with business goals and company strategy.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with vendors: You will work closely with project leads business units and system vendors to understand their needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Coordinate architectural projects: You will coordinate architectural projects collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Design architectural visions: You will create architectural visions that will guide the development of systems and applications within the Life division.
• Support development teams: You will provide architectural guidance and support to development teams ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools.
• Monitor and optimize the architecture: You will monitor the enterprise architecture identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture management ideally in the insurance industry.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of IT analysis agile methodologies business process modelling and enterprise architecture management tools.
• Soft skills: Strong teamwork communication proactivity and problemsolving skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English and German is a plus.
