Description

The Business Development Manager will serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients addressing all queries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction. This role involves actively managing client relationships working with the client relationship team achieving revenue targets and driving business profitability.


Job Responsibilities

    • Drive revenue through new business development initiatives and identifying new clients.
    • Implement market outreach programs aligned with strategic goals.
    • Serve as the main point of contact managing client relationships proactively.
    • Advocate for clients in incident management problem resolution and change request fulfillment.
    • Develop implement and monitor key account service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned clients.
    • Address client requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
    • Prepare monthly or quarterly client reports as needed.
    • Assist with onboarding new products for existing and new clients.
    • Regularly contact clients to identify needs ensure satisfaction and crosssell services.
    • Maintain the CRM system for efficient client communication and provide regular internal reports on new and existing funds

Proven Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree with 810 years of experience in funds administration management custodial business or financial services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of optimizing jurisdictional capabilities in a medium to large professional services organization.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence people effectively across product lines and client services.
  • Experienced in problemsolving troubleshooting project challenges and finding alternative solutions.
  • Skilled in resolving issues with internal and external customers staff and vendors.

Skills Required

  • Excel under pressure with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player with a customer service focus.
  • Manage relationships and communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Adapt flexibly in a fastpaced evolving environment.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage timelines to meet client and internal deadlines.

Position will be report to SG
Will be Senior Independent Contribution . Compensation all will be handle by SG as they still on process of setting up entity in Indonesia. If possible hiring from competitor except ACLL ( their partner in Indonesia ) Will send via their ATS Working arrangement hybrid in SCBD.
