Role Overview:

The Data Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data collected and maintained by the company. The role requires a meticulous approach to data verification analysis and reporting contributing to our commitment to excellence in client relations and support.

The ideal candidate is a meticulous and dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity. They will be responsible for daily review correction and validation of company data to ensure CRM compliance database accuracy and completeness. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of quality and reliability in our database. Reporting directly to the CoFounder the candidate will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights through regular reports and maintaining the overall reliability of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected from various sources.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality standards and processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Generate reports on data quality metrics and findings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data quality assurance data analysis or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data management tools and software: Airtable Google Sheets (expert with formulas ChatGPT) or similar software
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
