- Maintains a complete workforce by sourcing selecting and training newly hired employees
- Monitor attendance and activity implementation and conduct performance evaluation.
- Check and accomplish weekly reports market situations and other client requirements
- Attends to clients coordination meetings
- Cascade instructions and directions of the company/client.
- Attends to inquiries and request regarding salaries deductions benefits and other issues and concerns
- Should be on top of the operations and situations
