Tasks

How you create impact at CONROO

• Manage a portfolio of implementation high ticket SaaS projects ensuring adherence to timelines scope and budget. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular meetings to manage expectations and address issues promptly.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Product and Tech teams for implementation as well as postgolive transitions to operations teams for ongoing maintenance and support with comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes based on feedback and lessons learned. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement across all projects.

Requirements

• 3 years of prior logistics experience preferably in SaaS or technologydriven environments
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of complex implementation projects for high ticket SaaS solutions
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in delivering compelling presentations effectively communicating key points and storytelling through slide decks
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across organizational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Datadriven decisionmaking abilities customercentric mindset and problemsolving skills
• A neverstoplearning attitude and a desire to learn and grow
