Tasks

• Ensure compliance with AML and KYC standards applicable to private banking clients
• Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation to verify adherence to regulatory requirements
• Identify any missing documentation required to meet applicable KYC and AML standards
• Review and analyze client documentation including business contracts financial statements and legal agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare comprehensive Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports that highlight key findings risk assessments and recommendations for further action

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German or French
• Resident in Switzerland
• 3 years PQE in the compliance field
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
