Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose a variety of emotional psychological and behavioral disorders.
• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions to promote optimal mental emotional and social health.
• Develop and implement effective intervention strategies tailored to patient needs.
• Employ standardized psychological tests for accurate client evaluations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care and treatment planning.
• Advance psychological research present findings at symposiums and contribute scholarly articles to professional publications.
• Provide expert consultation services to a range of external bodies including educational institutions and government agencies.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
• Proven record of ethical practice and professionalism.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evidencebased psychological methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
