Position: Pharmacy Manager

Location: Espanola ON

Role Description:

As a fulltime onsite Pharmacy Manager you will oversee the daily operations of a wellestablished retail pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service and sales managing inventory supervising staff ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering positive relationships with customers and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a pharmacy or healthcare environment
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service and problemsolving abilities
• Knowledge of dispensing systems and pharmacy operations in adherence to federal and provincial regulations
• Proven expertise in inventory and financial management
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or equivalent experience
• Licensed pharmacist in Ontario with an unrestricted license
• Familiarity with McKesson and Kroll Pharmacy Software preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
• At least 1 year of managerial experience
• Canadian experience required Ontario experience preferred
