Job Overview: We are seeking an attorney to join our national business immigration practice in our Rochester Buffalo or Albany office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employmentbased cases including labor certifications EB1 petitions nonimmigrant visa petitions and J1 waiver applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of employmentbased immigration cases.
• Prepare and file labor certifications EB1 petitions nonimmigrant visa petitions and J1 waiver applications.
• Provide excellent client service and case management.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop immigration strategies.

Qualifications:

• Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law.
• Broad experience with labor certifications EB1 petitions nonimmigrant visa petitions and J1 waiver applications.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong client service and case management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.

Salary: The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130000 $180000. Actual base salary will be based on criteria such as experience qualifications and skill level.
