To be eligible for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years of Australian tax experience acquired in an Australian Public Practice firm.

Your Position:

As an Intermediate Accountant you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting tasks involving the preparation review and analysis of financial statements and taxation obligations ensuring the delivery of highquality professional accounting solutions.

Along with other accounting tasks you will also be responsible for the following:

• Compilation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
• Completion of annual tax returns and financial accounts for:
• Individuals.
• Sole traders.
• Partnerships.
• Companies.
• Trusts.

Skills Required:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• CPA or CA accreditation (desirable).
• Xero certified advisor and/or Xero payroll certified (desirable).
• Very well organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience working with complex group structures.
• Proven experience in managing multiple clients and businesses.
• A solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage datadriven insights for decisionmaking.
• Continuous learner with a passion for staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in accounting and finance.
