Job Description:
Weshine is based in Singapore & Indonesia. We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads developing marketing strategies and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify potential leads through various channels including online research networking events and industry publications.
    Develop and maintain a robust lead pipeline by using CRM software.
    Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
  • Sales Development:
    Understand client needs and develop tailored sales pitches and presentations.
    Close deals and achieve sales targets.
    Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
    Create and manage content for digital marketing channels including social media email marketing and the company website.
    Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential opportunities.
    Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    Track and report on sales and marketing metrics including lead generation conversion rates and ROI.
    Use data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on lead generation and business development.

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
