PRODUCT OWNER

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and create a detailed product roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and define the product features and functionality.
• Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure the product meets market needs and aligns with the companys strategic goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders including customers partners and internal teams.
• Create and manage the product backlog ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with the product roadmap.
• Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback to the development team.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor products to ensure the product remains competitive.
• Facilitate product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and user feedback.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira Trello or Aha!.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like SQL Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
