Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor fluent in Dutch to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Greece for a prestigious multinational oil and gas company. As a Sales Advisor you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service through various channels including chat email and inbound calls.

Location:

Remote position based in Greece.

Language Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with proficiency in English (B2 level).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 18 200 EUR per annum.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 250 EUR /month based on performance.
  • Meal Allowance: 3 EUR per working day initially increasing to 6 EUR after 12 months.
  • Health Insurance: Private health insurance coverage provided.
  • Additional Benefits: Free gym access wellbeing activities and access to a rooftop cinema with stunning Acropolis views.

Profile Nice to Have:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability.
  • Customer orientation with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Contract Type:

Fixedterm employment contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence:

    • Provide timely accurate and professional customer support via chat email and inbound calls.
    • Manage incoming inquiries and issues effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and assess customers needs and proactively address them to achieve service excellence.
  • Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Performance Goals:

    • Meet team targets for customer service excellence and case handling.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents as per company policies.
  • Adherence to Guidelines:

    • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach.
